11.01.2022 Once again, today i had a client who had all but given up on repairing their MacBook Air 13. Told by an Apple repairer on the coast here, and another computer shop that it was not possible to fix the logic board and paying 2x quote fees as a result, costing her almost $200. She found us through a friend. 15 minutes and $75 later her mac is running perfectly. Just think, she (a single mum on a limited income) would have had to find a way to pay for a new machine, and another machine would have gone to landfill if she did not find us. We need to reduce waste as much as we can. We worry about plastic bags and bottles, but electronics take far longer do degrade. We need to think differently.

In Akiba I was able to secure supply of some fuses, resistors, capacitors and diodes that are made in Japan, Toshiba, Panasonic, sharp, and so one. Much nicer quality than previous Chinese components that we in the industry usually get. Now we should be able to give even better quality to our clients at the same great prices.
