18.01.2022 Just been marinating these lovely Snapper fillets in a blend of yoghurt, tumeric, garamasala, ginger and garlic. I’ll be dishing these up as a starters in a Chapati wrap with fresh onion, coriander and yoghurt sauce.

17.01.2022 Sticky Tamarind Chicken Wings. Cooked in a Tamarind, paprika and red onion marinate, then served with a reduction of the sauce to make them extra tasty and sticky!!! Mmmm

15.01.2022 I’ve been busy pickling up a storm!!! Getting ready for Mother’s Day. Here on display are my Lemon&Lime pickle, Brinjal pickle, Chillie pickle and Apricot and Cinnamon chutney. All really delish but my favourite is the Lemon&Lime!!!

03.01.2022 I would like to wish this lovely young lady a huge happy 20th birthday. You’ve probably all met Georgia at Jay’s restaurant. But our working relationship began 6 years ago. While most teenagers would be in bed on a Sunday morning. we’d be up at 6am and go set up my food stall at the Vic Park Farmers markets. With Georgia’s outgoing friendly attitude she could get work anywhere she wanted but over the years she has chosen to work with me and help me see my dream come true. For this I’m truly lucky. So to my work colleague, my best mate and the person I’m blessed enough to be her Dad. Happy birthday my love. May all your dreams come true. #familybussiness
