10.01.2022 Hey JBA Physio friends! We are asking our clients to do a few things to ensure the health and safety of the community. Wash your hands when you attend the clinic and upon departure. Bring a clean bath towel for Pilates class. Don’t attend if you are sick or are mandated to be in quarantine. We won’t mind if you cancel.... Wipe down Pilates equipment as you go. Respect social distancing in the waiting room. Our staff are adhering to strict cleaning protocol and are cleaning and disinfecting throughout the day. We have also increased the duration of consultations to keep on top of this. We will making announcements very soon! For further information jbaphysio.com.au/news

03.01.2022 What is the right way to conduct yourself in difficult times? In a speech penned for his new grandson Cooper, ex-Melbourne Football Club coach Neale Daniher has some thoughts on hardship. "To conduct yourself in difficult times,... The right way is to somehow summon the courage, the moral courage, to take responsibility. And sometimes you'll say, 'Well, it's not my fault, I was the victim, It's not my responsibility, It's someone else's.' Nup. No matter what happens, It's up to you to do something about it. Have the courage to accept responsibility. Don't shy away from it, don't baulk Don't procrastinate, don't handball it to someone else. And by doing that, what will emerge, inside you, Is a better side of your character, That will allow you to prevail." Neale is prevailing through an awful, incurable disease called Motor Neurone Disease (MND). We're going to be at the Queen's Birthday 'Big Freeze at the G' match on Monday (go Dees! ). To support the cause for a cure buy a beanie at the game or head online to make a donation www.fightmnd.org.au Fight MND
