Total SWEAT FEST its a pretty warm week in brissy this week and I might have left it a bit late in the day I honestly haven't been running for the past 5 months..... I really haven't had the head space for it, but running has always been what I NEED in my life I'm so happy to have been reunited with my love and have been itching to run as soon as I open my eyes each morning!
