14.01.2022 I hadn’t planned to do much today .. a little swim and a cruisy ride so I just packed a banana .. a 5 k run , a 2k swim and 40k bike ride later and I’m still out here !!..It’s 2:30pm and I’m still sitting out at the beach An impromptu catch up with my eldest daughter while I was out here had me getting hungry so I had to eat .. turns out eating wholefood plant based is getting easier .. Chai spiced Porridge with stewed apples , berries and walnuts ..with coconut yoghurt ..... 11.01.2022 Back in the day I use to make tens of kilos of Red velvet cake at any one time .. with your standard red food colour .. which is made from cochineal bugs ..( mainly the females ..
