15.01.2022 Everyone who knows me knows I love giving and receiving a good 'thank you' note. Well, this little gem is by FAR my absolute favourite to date: a handwritten note from three little guests of Sanctuary Park Cottages and a drawing of a (baseball-cap-wearing) wombat doing a poo! Maybe I should explain... three excitable kids thought they had discovered 'evidence' of a wombat on the property but after my official consultations with Zoos Victoria and Landcare Australia, it was confirmed that it was just fox poo. Disappointing for the kids but what fun to chat about animal poo while at work!! #CSIHealesville #kidsareawesome

After unsuccessfully identifying a bird during the recent Backyard Bird Count, I contacted the group for some help. A couple of emails later and I now know I have Eastern Spinebills in my backyard plus an open invitation to join the group's local outings!
