24.01.2022 Yesterday, we helped our clientele in converting the 18yrs old Rheem 160L gas storage tank to a Rinnai Infinity 26 continuous flow unit with new 20mm copper gas line upgrade. Well like to thank our long-time associate Thi from 2AT electrical for helping us with the installation of the outside weather proof power point and 2 x controllers inside the kitchen & bathroom. 21.01.2022 We recently helped out our clientele with their new laundry renovation works. We are very impressed with the outcome and also greatly love the contrast of the wall and floor tiles that the clientele has chosen to bring out a feature.

08.01.2022 In the past several months, we helped out our clientele with their extension works - from the underfloor drainage to the 1st & 2nd fix plumbing & gas works for the 2 x kitchens, laundry, toilet, inbuilt gas fire log heater, storm-water drainage and rainwater tank installation. There are photos of before, progress and outcome of the entire job. It's always great to have the opportunity to see through the job and be able to see how much of a difference it has turned out - we are very impress with how the end result has turned out.

08.01.2022 Today, we helped our clientele in replacing a ruptured Rheem 160L storage tank with a Rheem 180L Hiline Tank with new frame and installation kit - reusing the old solar collector panel. Well like to thank our long time associate Ryan Brown from Calibre Trade Services for his time and assistance. Also another thanks to Damian from Adelaide General Property Maintenance for helping us with running new wiring and corrugated conduit to the new unit.

05.01.2022 Our client has these old shower panel systems in their upstairs bathrooms. They wanted new upgrade as the system was too old and parts are failing. There are photos of before, progress and outcome of the entire job. Must say the outcome was great with the mixer taps and shower outlets chosen by the client and it was lucky that they still had spare tiles onsite which makes it seem like this job was never done.

04.01.2022 As you can see, just by turning on the cold tap several turns, the amount of water that is leaking out from a small crack to the breecher piece

02.01.2022 Our client was experiencing dampness to their wardrobe carpet in which there was no obvious leaks present in their ensuite bathroom. We conducted our investigation and confirmed the cause of issue was from a leaking shower breecher piece in the wall. We removed the wall board and tiles, replaced the breecher, reinstated wall tiles and replaced the shower taps like we were never there. We even helped our client in removal of the old carpet and fitted new one supplied by themselves.

02.01.2022 In the last month, we helped out our long time associate Maintenance Matters with their kitchen renovation works. Unfortunately these jobs had set dates for us to attend to complete our first and second fixes stages, therefore we couldn't have the time to take the before and final outcome photos.
