18.01.2022 The JCH Event Solutions team were out and about last week with our friends at La Trobe University delivering a flawless webcast of an exciting educational symposium. Great client, great crew, great result........The modern event coordinator finds webcasting / live streaming is a great way to get your message to greater numbers anywhere in the world and is extremely cost effective when weighed up against transporting and accomodating large numbers of guests or delegates - food for thought if you've been toying with adding this technology to any of your future events......

15.01.2022 JCH Event Solutions partnered with La Trobe University to supply and manage the audio visual, staging, marquee and furnishings for the launch of their new $100 million Molecular Science building. The event was a massive success and both parties will partner together for many more and varied events in the future.

15.01.2022 Another amazing JCH Event Solutions job working this time with the creative minds at 'Levis Brands' to bring their event to life. This one was a little less AV and a lot more styling and just loads of fun. Taking somebody's visions and ideas and turning them into reality is a real hoot - the alleyway laundry look was achieved and everybody had an amazing night!

14.01.2022 We had an awesome time last week lending our creative technical solutions to the ‘Levis X Stranger Things Launch’. JCH Event Solutions tackled 3 major areas. Firstly, a lighting design in the brilliantly styled lounge room to match the theatrics of season 1. The 10 minute lighting loop including independently programmable LED festoon bulbs and floods was eerily on-point and had guests gasping. Next was the laneway with our contribution creating the fun-of-the-fair from season... 3 with incandescent festooning, custom branded gobos programmed throughout and high brightness short throw projection with custom video loop. While lastly back inside we couldn’t fulfil the additional projection request due to low ceilings and venue lighting fixtures, but as always we came up with a creative solution the client was bold enough to green light and it worked a treat! We were able to create a 3x3 TV (yes, TV you remember those things) video wall which creatively fit the 80’s era perfectly. It too ran the custom video loop and was a ‘selfie’ backdrop hit throughout the night. What an event! 10.01.2022 JCH Event Solutions is getting that warm fuzzy feeling from helping those less fortunate. While the ‘lockdown’ has been disastrous for the events industry, JCH Event Solutions has stumbled onto a feel-good way to spend some of those ‘not-so’ manic hours. Through the NDIS care provider Breakthru we’ve been invited one-on-one into homes to help keep those less fortunate with physical and mental difficulties connected to the wider world by fixing, reconfiguring, streamlining an...d educating them on their current IT and entertainment arrangements. It certainly isn’t ‘rocket science’ from our end, but this simple gesture has changed this current way of life for these luck few, making their lives just that bit easier over a tough period. We hope everybody is remaining safe over these testing times and as talk of easing restrictions intensifies JCH Event Solutions looks forward to seeing your smiling faces again soon. #jchevents

10.01.2022 For those interested in the logos origin, once I settled on the graphic artist it went along the lines of "this is the company name, I see it on a shield and here's a couple of little pictures with the colourings I want" ....... those pictures may or may not have come from a little AFL club I'm passionate about.

08.01.2022 Another day, another building gets launched! This time JCH Event Solutions partnered with Citrus Communications and La Trobe University to once again supply and manage the audio visual and staging. The event was attended by some serious 'heavy hitters' including the Premier of Victoria and again the event was delivered flawlessly - from the initial state of the art inductions right through to the final management of total waste removal, JCH Event Solutions were there.
