You guys spoilt me rotten and Ill never forget it. You guys are more like family and you make me love my job even more despite all the groaning and whining . To all the people that came on Saturday, massive thank you for all the gifts & coming out and Celebrating with me! I had a blast and hope you all did aswell. 11.01.2022 Happy Friday everyone!! Before you get sucked into the weekend binge, try this healthy sweet treat that will satisfy those cravings. Chocolate Hazelnut slice... BASE: 1 1/2 cup hazelnuts 1 cup Coconut 1/2 cup Rice mult syrup Blend until combined. Press into pan & refrigerate for 30mins FILLING: 1/2 cup Almond milk 1 cup Cacao powder 1/2 cup coconut oil 3/4 cup Rice multiple syrup 30g Cacao butter 1 cup hazelnuts Blend until combined. 09.01.2022 Hey Snap Family, In exciting news, our clubs will be looking to re-open in the next 4-5 weeks ! Given the announcements by both Federal and WA State Governme...nts in the last week, and specifically the WA 4 Phase roadmap, we are hopeful that we will be permitted to re-open as part Phase 3 in around 4-5 weeks given use of gym equipment is NOT permitted under Phase 2 We are hopeful, given the ever changing nature of our current environment, that we will be permitted to open earlier and if so we will inform you in a timely manner. 09.01.2022 Tip: If youre someone who buys meat (especially red), make sure you cut off as much fat as possible. Fat may make it tastier but its not beneficial for your body in the long run! I have just frenched my cutlets and managed to cut off almost 300g worth of fat (that was half of the packets contents)! ... So, word of advice and look at the meat youre buying/eating

04.01.2022 Stretching your hamstrings is super important as it keeps the muscles loose, flexible, improves movement in the glutes and can prevent lower back pain. Low...er back pain can be common in weight lifting exercises such as deadlifts and barbell squats... but did you know the main cause of this strain having tight hanstrings! PT Jemma is going through a simple stretch technique to help loosen the hamstrings. Laying one leg flat on the floor and the other lifted in the air while staying as straight as possible. Ideally you should aim for the 90 degree angle. See more
