09.01.2022 Scott is a client of mine that has been visiting Maitland for the past few weeks from Adelaide. When Scott and I first started, he had a lot of difficulty with technique for exercises particularly the hip hinge due to poor posture, tight hips, etc. But with 6 weeks of stretching, strengthening and learning proper technique we’ve been able to improve his squat technique and his hip hinge for deadlifts improved dramatically in just a few weeks! Awesome work from Scott and I wish him the best of luck with his fitness journey back in Adelaide!
