11.01.2022 If you want to be happy One of the most powerful tools you can choose to do is learn to how to direct your thoughts and focus. By doing that you will also start to influence how you feel. If you are feeling negative emotion right now bring the awareness to what you are thinking. If what you are thinking is something you don’t prefer then perhaps just observe it from a neutral or non-judgemental perspective. This will allow you to let go of the intensity of discomfort that... comes with the perspective. Then what you can do is simply switch the focus to something else. Maybe it’s even a whole new subject entirely. That’s ok too, this will allow you to feel better and then perceive of more opportunities etc in life. Whatever we focus on grows. Is what you are focusing on helping build what you want in life? This is where you become clear to your vision of what you want to experience in life. When you create a powerful vision, you then have something to move towards and you create momentum in that direction.
