01.01.2022 Photos from the third and final day of the Oakbank Racing Club Easter Carnival. Britannicus made it 2 wins and 2 placings from 6 jumps starts in winning the Ha...rry D Young Hurdle while Spying On You came from behind reigning champ Zed Em to take out his second win in the Great Eastern Steeplechase. Spying On You had also won on the flat on the first day of the carnival last Sunday and took his jumps record to 45 starts 7 wins and 17 placings. Spying on You started his jumps career way back in Sep 2014 . At his first Oakbank carnival in 2016 he was second in a steeple before running 4th in the Von Doussa and then fell on the home turn where he appeared to lose concentration at the jump. In 2017 a more seasoned Spying on You was 3rd in a steeple at Oakbank before winning the Great Eastern Steeplechase 2 weeks later. In 2018 he was 4th in both the Von Doussa and Great Eastern behind Zed Em. He was second in both the Von Doussa and Great Eastern to Zed Em in 2019 and was also third to him in the Grand Annual at Warrnambool. He missed the jumps season in 2020 but took full advantage of the weight difference in running down Zed Em in this years race.
