Speaking your truth and growing your business publicly can be exhilarating and terrifying at the same time. No matter how many pep talks or positive affirmations you tell yourself, surface level mindset work won’t align you to feeling GOOD + SAFE to show up. If deep down you have a fear of being seen. 16.01.2022 She has a very clear vision of who she wants to be She can see the beautiful and powerful woman she is destined to become And she is so crystal clear of what her life will look like When she gets there... That’s the only challenge really How to get there Not where I am currently But over there where I’m meant to be And this is one of the sneaky ways our ego likes to f*** us over Even when we have already done so much inner work Already have so much awareness It always finds a way to mess with us With my client I could see money, feeling secure and supported was the way in which this showed up When she was over there she’d feel secure and empowered cause the money was there So what happens with so many women (me included) is we got to work We bust our arse to achieve our goals and make that money But the problem is you get there Yet that feeling of security, support and empowerment It’s still somehow missing What the F***?! Cause here’s a lesson I learnt the hard way: Power can never come from something outside of ourselves If you look to empower yourself with money, relationships, things, success and accolades You will come up short And I’m not saying we don’t want to pursue those things Cause I still do But as I shared with my client the most important part is who we BECOME in our pursuit of our goals Whatever we get by achieving it, the money, the relationships etc is all simply the cherry on the cake True empowerment comes from within Cause whenever you rely on anything outside of yourself to make you feel powerful it can always can be taken away from you But when you have the courage to go within To find the unique beauty and power you have within you That’s when you win the game! Cause no one can f*** with you then That’s real empowerment baby
