21.01.2022 Anxiety is something so many people suffer from. Years ago I was diagnosed and have learnt to live with it and control it as much as possible. It is so easy to let anxiety control you and stop you doing so many things in life. This week leading into my Master Class, I have felt it pretty bad. I force myself to stick to my routine of exercise and it definitely helps the symptoms. 04.01.2022 I am regularly asked about my makeup routine. I like to keep it very basic, natural and quick to apply. My confidence is so much better if I spend a few minutes on my makeup before walking out the door. The difference is subtle, but I feel so much better. I use everyday basic makeup brands available at your local Priceline or department store at reasonable prices. Checkout my video. It is by no means endorsed by a makeup artists, but it works for me.

04.01.2022 The reality of the drought in NSW. My brother is currently hand feeding 13 calves to try and keep the mothers and calves from dying. The weekly milk bill is $350 and getting more expensive. Farmers love their animals and in order to have a future they are desperate to do anything to keep them alive. Mark also holds a full time mining job and is the owner of Muffin Break Mudgee trying it keep it profitable. On top of this raising great kids.
