It is vital that these drivers are offered access to essential amenities such as showers, restrooms, and proper meal facilities to undertake their mandated fatigue management breaks. We are pleased to announce that our sites meet the exemption for heavy vehicle drivers that has been approved ...by The Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) and the National Cabinet. Approving Roadhouses dedicated to Truck Stop facilities and truck driver lounges to remain open. Our sites allow drivers to eat, shower, refuel and rest comfortably before resuming their work, while maintaining social distancing and hygiene measures. Throughout our stores we have increased cleaning and sanitising schedules, along with consistent use of personal protective equipment and social distancing floor markers. The health and safety of our staff and customers remains our top priority, we ask that you please abide by these measures and guidelines that are currently in place. All of our stores have paper towel available for customers to use when filling up at our fuel pumps. When finished please throw used paper towel in the bins provided. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation of our stores. You can also help by paying by card and remember if you need something when you return home, you can order meals via takeaway only.
