24.01.2022 Gyms are closed and we are all forced to make some changes as the new restrictions happen. This is a very fluid situation and change does not always come easy for us. If you would like a home training program, using the equipment you have or using body weight training get in contact with me. Also on offer is nutrition coaching.... Remember we always have a choice and we can choose how we respond. We can focus on what we can no longer do which is not helpful and does not serve us well, or we can be proactive and focus on what we can still do. Training at home using bodyweight exercises or taking up a class might be a different way to train than your usual regime however it's still an Option. A good opportunity to really work on the technique of the core movements like pushups squats lunges pullups planks All these movements can be modified. Focusing on these and going back to basics allows the chance to perfect technique, a chance to activate and learn to engage the correct muscles. An oppurtunity to add some stretches and flexability and to rehab some of the weak and tight areas. Stay consistant and add movement where you can



22.01.2022 A little about my training and nutrition In the before picture i was training 4 to 5 days a week and eating what i thought was enough food. My training was semi structured but I pretty much lifted based on how I felt for the day and was stuck on the same weight sometimes for weeks. I couldnt work out why i wasn't getting leaner especially when I was lowering my calories, I tried adding refeed days, ( cheat meals) what ever u want to call them to mix it up. Still c...ouldn't get the results i wanted. I thought perhaps i was someone who couldn't get any leaner. Since I have changed my nutrition, included full complete meals, added more calories, changed my training to consistent progressive overload I have changed my results and here are some pictures of my progress. I eat for my goals and let me tell you i eat!! Im currently eating 1800 calories a day in a slight deficit. I refeed for a whole week. Every 4 to 6 weeks, Not just one meal or the weekend. One of the pictures is a comparison from an old post from over 12 months ago to my current body composition. I tried to keep a similair pose. 22.01.2022 Warm up set with the resistance band followed by 5 x 5 (no bands) This is a progression from last week's session. 2 of the 5 sets last week were done with resistance bands and 2 of the body weight sets I only made 4 chin ups.... Celebrating the small wins Progressively overload If you need help reaching your goal, reach out and lets start working on your goals.

21.01.2022 In our sesaion today Gemma was doing individual reps of body weight pullups, with a sneaky double in there aswell. We also incorporated weighted negative pullups, followed by controlled resistance band pullups.



21.01.2022 The last few months Chelsea has been training with me we have been focusing on her new fitness goals she has set for herself. Apart of this is working on her back definition. Here is a before and after picture of some of her progress. Chelsea works hard to achieve the lifestyle that she wants for herself and her family, she has chosen to put her health and fitness as a priority and commits to the effort and consistency needed.... 15.01.2022 Check out those quads When we eat according to our training and focus on our fitness and strength goals, our body changes as apart of the process. This girl works her butt off, training hard, applying discipline and consistency. In the last few month's she has made some changes to her nutriton to better suit her lifestyle and goals and it is paying off!!... Making changes to your nutrition is not always easy especially if we are used to eating a certain way and are accustomed to certain beliefs around food. Bec trusted the guidance i gave her and we lowered her calories alittle, added more volume off low energy carbs, and lowered and split her protien. She's smashing her strength goals, shes not as hungry and she feeling amazing.. Plus did i meantion.... check out those quads. Damn girl!!!! @bec_hicks

14.01.2022 Yes I eat the same thing everyday Yes i am accountable to someone Yes i count my Marcos Yes its easy Yes i am getting results weekly ... No I don't get bored eating the same thing each day. EVERYONE BENEFITS FROM BEING ACCOUNTABLE TO SOMEONE Being accountable to a coach with my nutrition is something I have implemented to assist me to that next level. Having an external perspective is a great tool to use. However I am also held accountable by myself. I train and eat to support my goals, which are to build strength in my lifts while also shredding body fat. It's a numbers game. For 3 weeks now I have continuously progressively overloaded in my sessions gaining strength while leaning up my physique. The thing I need to watch here is to not loose to much to quick and to loose as little muscle mass as possible. I made a goal and a promise to come out of iso stronger, leaner, with better more sustainable lifestyle habits and with more peace in my soul and love for myself ITS TIME TO LEVEL UP

10.01.2022 METAFIT FRIDAY MORNING SESSION This is how happy the girls were when they completed the finisher round. METAFIT is tough, that's why it works. ... A SHORT, INTENSE, SUPER EFFICIENT, EXTREMELY REWARDING CLASS! WHY METAFIT? When you do steady-state exercise, like going on a long run, your body uses less oxygen than when you push yourself to the max, as you do during Metafit. And when you work out to the point where it's difficult to breathe (because your body is using more oxygen), your metabolism starts working at a higher level, which helps you burn more calories during your workout and after you exercise, this effect known as the "afterburn." 10.01.2022 WEIGHTED NEGATIVE PULLUPS This chick smashed her last session. We have been working on progressing her to body weight pullups and during this session we added weighted negative pullups to overload her muscles. She is looking stong at the top of the exercise during the hold phase.... She is progressing nicely and working incredibly hard, putting in the work required to get the results she wants.
