24.01.2022 Running has given me the opportunity to travel to some very picturesque places around the world, yet I'm proud to say that South Australia is still one of the most beautiful places I know. It would be amazing to showcase what we have to the World via a home Commonwealth Games. As a very ‘keen kid’ in the stands at the Sydney 2000 Olympics & Melbourne 2006 C.G I can certainly vouch for the powerful impact that a home games has on the locals! 11.01.2022 Today’s Ekiden Marathon Relay was the final event for the Athletics SA Winter Season. I have approached this season with a new perspective for a number of reasons & feel very thankful for the opportunities we’ve had here in SA . Thanks to Athletics SA and everyone else who made these events possible. We finished 3rd today in 2h 17mins & whilst I only ran an 8km leg, I’ll take that Marathon time any day! Team Tempo ASICS

It certainly took me back to the Naracoorte Primary School cross country days - I used to get SO nervous before a race but never regretted it afterwards! @ausolympicteam #schoolcrosscountry
