We are grateful for every beautiful woman who walks through our doors be it on a trial or a long term client. We are grateful for our members who are so welcoming to new ladies that they become comfortable and confident to try something new. ... But most of all we are grateful that we get to see your transformations as you find your confidence not only in training but as you rock your own Body Confidence! That is the most beautiful part of our day. Our 28 Day Body Confidence Challenge starts 19th October and we can't wait to see women find their GLOW!

We teach women how to roll with the cycles, how to get back up and stay on track even when life may be working against you. Accountability is everything when staying on track, our team check attendance regularly and are reaching out by Thursday if we haven't seen you.
