25.01.2022 I have not written for ages... so much happening with work, life, children etc.... but still just to make a point of the importance of breast checks... please everyone make time out of your day to either self check or go for a mammogram .. it's life saving and life changing.. don't put it off...a month can make all the difference of life and death........ with a detection of cancer, having or not having treatment... my youngest sister had a mammogram ... and a very aggressive cancer was found.... six months... was the difference between nothing.. and something... and lucky enough it was found in time... no treatment required....check your boobies....

22.01.2022 A helpful hint on how to check your "boobies".. xx

21.01.2022 Please Check Your Boobies

14.01.2022 Im so sorry if I'm bothering people..I was miss diagnosed....so I have cancer not slightly... but a lot,all through all my lymph nodes and in my chest wall... this could have all be prevented......I have not posted for a while but feel that it's necessary as everyone not to be come complacent...and think "it does not happen to me"..... I thought that also...

09.01.2022 Meant to say HAD cancer in my lymph nodes.... sorry if some thought it had come back....as it has not..I'm fine, it was just a reminder to you the importance of a mammogram. Xx

06.01.2022 2017 is a new year for all....please look at this year and look after your health. You owe it not only to yourselves but to your families, especially your children. Ive lived a life without my mother who died at 48... Book a time and have a mammogram. In the last few weeks i know of 4 people recently diagnosed, which could have been prevented if screening had been a priority, too busy doing other things....busy comes into perspective when you have breast cancer, All the appointments, blood tests, chemo, radiation, the list goes on and on....prioritise it over a lunch with someone, a coffee , shopping or watching TV....It's so important.

03.01.2022 Please Have Your Check Ups !

02.01.2022 Please ladies, share my post... it's so so important, not only for you but for your family, your mothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, children...these experiences need to be told so that it has an impact and the reality of death, which can be avoided if caught early. From the 750 people reached, only one person shared my post. I will give up my post if you don't think it's important.

02.01.2022 Morning Ladies, Just before leaving for our European Holiday i was extremely saddened to hear that a very close girlfriend of mine (who was so supportive to me whilst going through my treatment) was also diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer....all within 6 weeks, she has had to have a lumpectomy, has already started her first round of gruelling treatment, about to enter into her second, and like me, she will also have to have radiation every day for 6 - 8 weeks, then be on tamoxifen for 5 years....I will support her like she has me... this is just a friendly reminder ladies, it is not discriminative and don't be naive to think...."it won't happen to me" Early detection is your best protection - Get your "boobies" checked. Have a nice weekend!!
