Cues to follow: Keep your feet glued to the floor find your heels coming up? Drop some plates underneath and try heel elevated squats! Think butt down, so your butt just goes straight down, not out. 20.01.2022 Alright, you all voted for a protein recipe so here we have it Get your bake on and give our choc & peanut butter protein ball recipe a try, they're simple, quick and delicious! Whip these up today and enjoy them for the week Choc Peanut Butter Protein Balls ... * 4 tbsp peanut butter * 2 tbsp honey * 1 tsp vanilla extract * Pinch of salt * 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder * 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the protein powder, cacao or cocoa and mix until dough consistency. Roll into balls. Put in fridge for a few hours until firm. Recipe makes 12-15 balls We love that #foodspiration stuff. My focus for the gym is to continue growing a great culture and community thr...oughout the club. Want to make the gym not just a place to train your body but input a social and fun aspect to it. Tips: Do these stretches at least a few times a week to notice improvements! It will help after the first time but you will need to be consistent to see major change Hold each stretch for at least 1 minute per side! In times like today, life can seem hard so if we can all make an effort to have a conversation with ourselves and each other, we might be able to make a difference in someones day, month, year or even life. ... When starting a conversation with someone to check in with how theyre doing, its important to really listen and pay attention to what theyre saying but also pay attention to their body language. So together, lets make an effort today and every day forward, to check in with our mates and remember, you are always welcome at our club, even if you just want a chat!
