25.01.2022 Double digits baby Left - 119kg Right - 99kg... For the first time in over 5 years Daniel is under 100kg and absolutely loving it 20kg shredded and he's not finished yet . From 6am gym sessions, to walking 100km in October for mental health awareness, Daniel has well and truly smashed his body into ripping condition. Super proud of this legends determination and watching his physical and mental strength grow by the day. Seeing members results is truly a joy

Waking up at 3am for his daily 7km runs, eating well-balanced, healthy meals and making his training a priority has transformed Jeff’s mental and physical health in a very impressive way Shedding off 11kg is quite the achievement, doing it in lockdown is simply outstanding! Missing the gym, Jeff purchased some gym equipment and trained every day, determined to stay on track with his fitness goals. Upon returning to the gym, Jeff’s bench press has sky rocketed from 60kg for 6 reps to 80kg for 8 reps!
