21.01.2022 "This delicious and easy to prepare recipe is perfect as a meal or a snack to grab on the go! You can even make it to freeze as part of your weekly meal prep. . 5 eggs 150g (1 cup) self-raising flour, sifted 375g zucchini, grated... 1 large onion, finely chopped 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 60ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil Salt and pepper to taste 200g rindless bacon, chopped OR 200g red capsicum, diced . Step 1 Preheat oven to 170C. Step 2 Beat the eggs in a large bowl until combined. Add the flour and beat until smooth, then add zucchini, onion, bacon or capsicum, cheese and oil and stir to combine. 17.01.2022 Don’t let geographical circumstances get between you and your fitness! Here are some simple equipment swaps you can make at home to keep you on the gain train. Choo Choo! Barbell: Back Pack, broom with resistance bands or weights attached. Dumbbells: Bottles of water, canned beans, travel cases, laundry detergent, buckets filled with books, bags of rice. KettleBell: Heavy backpack, protein tub, bucket filled with books... Dead ball: sand bag, duffel bag filled with potting mix, big bag of rice, spare tyres Gym Mat - 2 Large towels Treadmill: Walk, climb stairs Versa Climber: Ladder repeats, bear crawl up stairs Stationary Bike: Push bike Assault Bike: Burpees Our Pick of the Bunch? The Humble Backpack. Fill it with cans from the pantry, books, rocks. Anything heavy! HT TIP: Put a towel on the bottom and sides when filling, then shove a pillow on top to keep the bag full and rigid. You can use the back pack on your back to make bodyweight movements harder, and the straps for curls, rows, extensions, presses & carries.

14.01.2022 We're excited to announce that the Victorian State Government has given gyms the go ahead and confirmed that it is now safe to reopen with some guidelines for our members and team to follow. In light of the easing restrictions, we will be required to reopen during staffed hours only. We also have a limit of 20 members in the gym at any one time, 10 in each designated area. This will be managed on a first come, first served basis (no booking system). ... This is a necessary precaution from the State Government that we all must follow in order to keep our State safe. As such, from Monday 9 November, we will be extending our staffed hours to ensure our members have as much flexibility as possible. Our extended staffed hours are now available on our website. Here's a reminder about the measures we're taking to help you keep you safe: Ensuring 1.5m social distancing is maintained Enforcing the use of access passes, towels and water bottles Open during staffed hours only with a COVIDsafe Hygiene Marshal in the gym at all times Increased cleaning and sanitation by the team, as well as providing hand sanitizer and sanitising wipes Assisting health authorities with contact tracing if requested Updated policies and procedures to support our COVIDsafe Plan Ensuring all team members complete the COVIDsafe Training Here's how you can do your bit to help keep the gym safe: Swipe in each time you visit the club Maintain a social distance of at least 1.5m from others and no physical contact If you feel unwell, stay home and do not train Use hand sanitiser provided on entry and exit Wash your hands regularly Bring a towel and water bottle Wipe down equipment after use with sanitising wipes provided Try to avoid peak times (5-7pm) as we could reach our 20 person capacity. Feel free to call ahead to see how many are in the gym Try to keep workouts to 1 hour maximum Only move between the designated zones if safe to do so (No more than 10 in each zone) Swipe your access pass and wait 5 seconds for the door to unlock.
