23.01.2022 On an unrelated note - Lizzie hijacking the page here - can anyone suggest some good reliable roofers? The clubhouse and main house desperately need some work done and we got some damage from the last lot of rain. Pic for attention

19.01.2022 A bit of wind wont stop the Cheval boys - each looked after their humans with such pride and care today in Gale force winds

19.01.2022 The big ponds at Cheval are mighty full to the brim The short led ride begins in the arena and then we trek some 1.8 km up and around these very full waterways. Or close to around as theyre sometimes too soggy to walk right around. We have six or so of these dams full and overflowing. Thanks to *Jenny Willing for these great photos today

18.01.2022 The ponies were pampered and de-buzzied this afternoon....we expect this to last for all of one day before it’s required once again #ponylife

18.01.2022 Those travelling here today for the ride at noon. Please dont try to park in car park. Drive around arena and park on the drive just off to the side or towards our house Find somewhere dry to park up. The rain overnight has turned the carpark into mud haven.

17.01.2022 Day two of Malmas and Bob Marlee learning a new career going smoothly. Lovely lads Edited to note :These are not rub marks from rugs on shoulders by the way. I clipped quite a few when we had dentals done so brands were clear for recording purposes.

13.01.2022 In the last 24 hours on our driveway we have had a pretty blue tongue lizard killed and now an echidna We beg all drivers to please be mindful of the wildlife which we personally foster monitor and care for. Its extremely upsetting and considering the driveway also sides along our arena where children are riding. Please please use our driveway with respect for the horses, children and the wildlife we enjoy sharing our lives with.

06.01.2022 Men ... your womans horse will see her soul, way before you ever will. He can smell her miles away, you spend $100 on Chanel to smell her just a few feet away. Her horse knows her secrets. He can dry her tears. She can wrap her arms around his neck, and he can take her to the nearest water, when we cant even open her car door. And we wonder why, in a ladys darkest hour, she runs to the barn. When we fail her...her horse wont. -unknown Mumma-to-be Chevals Own Heart of Dixie as a baby
