05.01.2022 Celebrate self!~ WHEN do you celebrate you? Do you tend to celebrate your birthday every year? Do you celebrate your achievements or goals met in business or life? We all too often save the celebrations for those types of events BUT I feel it is equally as important to celebrate ourselves on the days we are doing it tough, when our challenges and low moments are staring us in the face. It is in those moments that I dig deep, connect to my inner self, my quiet self and really celebrate that I am doing my best, that I am grateful for my experiences and really can congratulate myself on moving forward, staying true to me in the darker moments.
