22.01.2022 You wouldn’t drive in your car to an unknown destination without a map or some sort of plan, so why should getting fit be any different? Both objectives have an end goal yet so many people choose to take the long route when it comes to fitness. Sure you can get there, but it will take a hell of a lot longer than it could’ve with proper directions. Have a plan with your training, execute and improve day in day out. Measure and track your progress, stop guessing and you’ll get where you want to go much quicker.

22.01.2022 ‘Nothing is more expensive than a missed opportunity’ - Some big things coming up, looking forward to a massive year ahead.

21.01.2022 Ladies! Does this sound familiar to you? - You’re always trying lose fat or ‘tone’ up. You absolutely smash yourself with cardio everyday, and if you’re not close to vomiting and drenched with sweat it was a pointless workout. You’ve tried lowering your calories which works initially, but not long after it comes back straight back with a little extra. So you end up spinning your wheels, never seeing any dramatic changes in your bodies. Unfortunately, all that Interva...l training and cardio (especially) when combined with low calories is just a massive stress on the body. And when the body’s stressed, we get inflamed, making us hold water, which gives us that soft, watery appearance, never getting that ‘toned’ look you’re always after. So what can you do? First let’s clear one thing up. Getting ‘toned’ is bullshit. When people refer to this all they’re doing is describing when someone has put on muscle & maybe lost a little fat, that’s it. Girls muscles don’t magically grow in some special way. So if putting on muscle makes girls look more toned, why is there such a fear of lifting weights? This fear of getting ‘bulky’ is a myth that just won’t fucking die. Like muscles that don’t magically tone up, they also don’t have this superhuman ability to grow the minute you lift something heavy, you simply don’t have enough testosterone to create muscle tissue in such a ‘bulky’ way. If you do avoid this type of training, you are missing out on a huge amount of benefits, fat loss being one of them. It’s been proven time and time again, that even if muscle gain isn’t your goal, if you’re in a calorie deficit, training to ‘try’ put on muscle is the most effective style of training if fat loss is your goal. 17.01.2022 Not a bad Sunday.

11.01.2022 A few of the main things I took away from the Bali Mind Muscle Camp. - 1 Don’t eat like a peasant. As someone who always struggled with my weight, I’ve always been hesitant to go too high with my calories, but 9 days later, eating 4000 calories a day and 500g of carbs I’m down 3kgs and have put on a good amount of muscle. 2 Don’t underestimate how much stress impacts our lives in a negative way. We can’t always be lazing around a villa in Bali, but we can do our best to m...anage it in our day to day lives, take the time to relax, get some sun, read, go for a beach walk, do whatever it takes to remove you from the daily grind, you’ll be surprised how quickly your body or mind can change when its not in a state of fight or flight. 3 If you want to get good at something, whether it be training, business, or whatever, don’t be afraid to admit you don’t know it all. Get a coach, a mentor, or go to something like this to learn from the best, it will be money well spent. See more
