10.01.2022 I'd just like to say a heartfelt thank you to every person who has supported me and my business this year. Whether you attend group classes, personal training, join in via Zoom, or simply like and share, I truly appreciate it all. 2020 has been a tough year for most of us, and I'm sure I've never worked harder in my life, but I had all of you to keep me going and motivated. I'll be taking a little break over the next few days to recharge, and then I'll be back and ready to go again in the new year. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year shared with those you love
