19.01.2022 Just received this fantastic recommendation from Seffron Callesen who recently purchased my latest book 50 Years A House Painter. Much appreciated. Jim Baker i have been reading it when i get a chance and think its fantastic! It is a great guide and has really got me thinking in the direction of where we are going to take our business to.. I think it is so helpful that i am planning to get it printed up to have on hard copy , just to have it at my finger tips as a quick reference and refresher. I am also very interested in the other resources you have on your website and planing on getting one or both of the calculators. 12.01.2022 Just came across this that I wrote many years ago. My thoughts haven't changed. Success in business isn’t about how many people you have working for you or how much money you’re making. Success is your working quality of life. Being stress free, working reasonable hours, enough work to keep the business operating, having happy customers, happy employees, making more than if you were on wages and of course, having plenty of time to spend with your family.

09.01.2022 Just had another student finish the Advanced Estimating Course through paintersedu and gave me some feedback. If you are interested and need details, let me know. I have learned a lot from competing this course. I like the fact that there is feedback provided by Jim when he marks the assessment tasks, and that he also takes the time to call and discuss things with you. Excellent course that I would recommend to others who are wanting to learn more about estimating and quoting. Thanks heaps!! Bradley
