20.01.2022 The human body resonates at the same frequency as Mother Earth. So instead of only focusing on trying to save the earth, which operates in congruence to our vibrations, I think it is more important to be one with each other. If you really want to remedy the earth, we have to mend mankind. And to unite mankind, we heal the Earth. That is the only way. Mother Earth will exist with or without us. Yet if she is sick, it is because mankind is sick and separated. And if our vibrations are bad, she reacts to it, as do all living creatures. Suzy Kassem.... a beautiful quote to ponder about

May the new one be so much bigger, better and filled with much joy, health, love & light. 12.01.2022 I am very excited to being part of the upcoming Mental Health Week WA in Busselton with two free workshops. I will be hosting a workshop for Children and one for adults at the ArtGeo Cultural Complex on the 10th of October!

One workshop will be for adults Introduction to Sound Meditation and one for kids Singing Bowls- Workshop for Children. Both will take place on Saturday 10th of October and are FREE of charge. 06.01.2022 Self healing in progress! Thanks everyone for checking in on me and sending me well-wishes I am doing really fine and the OP went better than expected yesterday. The cyst was removed and i was able to keep my ovary. Hurrah! Having my special Universal Bowl with me (a gift from Peter Hess himself when he and Emily came to visit Perth in 2017 ) to support and calm my nerves and mixed emotions before the surgery really helped me to trust and surrender the process. I ...am also using it now in recovery to very gently help ease some pain, heal and hydrate my fascia, rebalance my systems, activate self-healing forces and to move the gas which is trapped in my tummy after laparoscopy plus opening a space to listen deeply to my body! The beautiful and caring nurses and staff at St. John of God in Bunbury we’re really interested in the use of the bowl and it looks like an info and relaxation session might be on the cards in the near future. You are doing such an amazing and stressful job! I will be taking it slow for a few days but will be back for you soon! Much love, Ute See more
