22.01.2022 Bill has been with us for 15 years and during that time not only has he evolved and developed into one of the most respected franchisors in the Jim's Group he has also aided in the development and success of the Cleaning Group. We spoke to bill the other day to get the inside scoop on his success here at the Jim's Cleaning Group: "I joined Jim's Cleaning as a franchisee back in about 2002, up until then I had been working in sales most of my career for some big and small com...panies including Apple. Within 12 months of working as a franchisee, an opportunity came up to become the cleaning franchisor for Geelong, which at the time had only 1 franchisee. Due to my region being so small I had to continue working as a franchisee until I could grow it to a point where it could sustain me as my only income. In order to be successful in my new franchisor role, I really had to utilised my previous sales experience as well as my inside knowledge of how the Jim's system works in order to sell franchises. 4 years later and I was in the position to buy 3 regions in Adelaide (window & Pressure, Carpet, and Cleaning). Fast forward to 2015 and I had sold my 50th franchise. I had been in the system for 10+ years and making good progress but I was getting burnt out. Assisting 50 people day to day while also trying to grow my business was taking its toll, I needed to make a change. I decided I needed a staff member to help me look after my franchisees so I could focus on growing my business. That's where Sharyn comes in. Sharyn took everything to the next level, she implemented processes, organised my franchisees, and helped turn our region into a well-oiled machine. We are now 5 years on I have sold my 150th franchise. I really put my success of selling franchises down to the fact that I truly believe in what I'm selling, I have not only seen the positive impacts this system has had on my franchisees I know the profound impact it has had on my life."

06.01.2022 Melbourne COVID-19 Update Daniel Andrews has made the announcement that as of the 6th of August 2020 metropolitan Melbourne will be going into stage 4 lockdown and that all non-essential services are to temporarily close. This, unfortunately, applies to us here at the Jim's Cleaning Group and we will be following the directions set out by the government to temporarily close for the next 6 weeks minimum. We have been advised that any of our services that are required for the... welfare of a person will be allowed to continue. At this stage, our call centre is still operating for emergency jobs such as COVID Deep Clean, flood damage or similar services. For all of our regular clients, your services will no longer be going ahead if you had a booking between the 6th of August and the 17th of September. We will be making an effort to reschedule you all in once we have a better understanding of when this lockdown will be lifted and when our services can resume. Please keep an eye out for communication from your local expert as they will be contacting you to reschedule your appointments.
