24.01.2022 Hi all I hope everyone is going well. Frontlineyoga is going live on Zoom starting this Monday. Join me this Tuesday 6pm (there are a range of other classes available. Just go to the frontlineyoga.com.au website select attend and scroll down to register for a class fill in your details and select the class. You will get an email on how it works. You need to do this tonight or tomorrow morning then you will be sent a link 30mins before class. If you have been to the Tuesday evening zoom class before you can use your link from that week. We will be covering some stretches that may help lower back issues (since we are working from home so much). Also our breath centred movement and iRest guided meditation that may help calm our anxiety and reduce stress in this dificult time. Anyone can do this class

22.01.2022 Yes frontline yoga is on tomorrow Tuesday 17 March 6pm at yoga bodyworks. Please if you have a cough or signs of a cold or sore throat don't come to class. I know it is a bit of a worrying time. So i have attached a link to my drop box where I have a recording of a recent iRest guided meditation class I conducted at Maitland Hospital, my voice only. Feel free to listen to it, it's about 25mins long. If it brings anything up that is to difficult just come out of the meditation. And remember to ground after. 17.01.2022 I hope everyone is going well at this dificult time. The link below will take you to an iRest meditation session I recorded today. It's about 20mins long and is focused on de-stressing in this difficult time. Remember if the practice causes any issues just come out of it. So get comfy and try it out. Just like other aspects of yoga, including physical movement and breath work, mindfulness and meditation can be more detrimental than beneficial in some people. However the benifets are there. 05.01.2022 Hi all as you are probably aware Frontline yoga and the Tuesday evening classes are closed untill further notice due to COVID -19 concerns.
