13.01.2022 Todays job was a Final Handover Inspection for a newly built 3 bedroom villa on the Central Coast. The photos below are of the internal living areas and while they look great I did find over 20 defects that needed to be rectified. While most of these were minor these could potentially turn into more serious and major defects down the track if not rectified. In summary even if you are buying a new property it still pays to have an inspection done so that you know your getting what you paid for!!
