19.01.2022 In 2017 John Van De Giessen joined Greg at Jim’s Locksmiths (Salisbury). We would like to welcome John onboard and let you know a little bit about him. John previously worked in the Security industry and started locksmithing in 2008. He completed his apprenticeship in 2011 and predominately worked in the automotive locksmith field. In 2017 he joined his brother-in-law at Jim’s Locksmiths (Salisbury).

17.01.2022 Yesterday we had a customer who had purchased a 2007 gsxr-1000 motor bike without any keys. We were able to attend onsite and supply, cut and program a new key for him that starts the bike no problem. Lost all your keys or need a spare key for your motorbike? 13.01.2022 Over this long weekend we had a customer with a 2007 BMW 525i who had his only key stolen. We were able to attend site the same day and rekey his locks to suit a different key code and also supply him with a remote slot key and program it to his vehicle whilst also deleting the old key that was stolen. All without going through the dealer and being a lot cheaper! If you have a BMW and need a spare key or may have lost or had your key stolen, give us a call and we will be happy to assist!

11.01.2022 Jim’s Locksmiths (Salisbury) is owned and operated by Greg Bloomfield. Greg has owned his franchise since August, 2013 and has been operating throughout metropolitan Adelaide since that time. Greg has been a locksmith for12 years completing his apprenticeship in 2010. Since that time he has worked for an automotive locksmith in Adelaide until starting his own business in August, 2013.

10.01.2022 Alex Foord recently joined Jim’s Locksmiths (Adelaide) after returning to Adelaide from Kent in the United Kingdom. Whilst working in Kent he worked for MSC Automotive from February, 2015 until July, 2017. Prior to moving to Kent he completed his locksmith apprenticeship with a local automotive locksmith in Adelaide between 2010 2014. He continued to work for the same locksmith until he moved to Kent. Upon his return we now welcome him as he joins Jim’s Locksmiths (Adelaide).

09.01.2022 Today we had a customer who lost all keys to their 2012 Volkswagen Amarok. We were able to go on-site, unlock the vehicle and supply, cut and program a remote key, saving the customer a lengthy wait time from the dealership. 05.01.2022 Had a customer from Port Pirie come to Adelaide for Xmas shopping and lost her keys for her Toyota RAV4. She stated she tried a number of locksmiths in Adelaide without luck (stating they couldn’t make keys for the car or where not available until 10th January) but we were able to assist her and get her back on the road in timely manner.

03.01.2022 Our customer had a key stolen for their 2016 Toyota Hilux SR5 with push button start. We keep these keys in stock and were able to provide same day service and supply a new Proximity Key on site. We also deleted the stolen key from the cars immobiliser system ensuring it would no longer work with the vehicle.

03.01.2022 Today we were required to make a proximity key for a 2016 Subaru WRX when all keys were lost. No computer replacement required, the key was programmed on-site with the safest and most efficient method possible.
