25.01.2022 Meet... Prince - Harry & Romeo

24.01.2022 Harry is back on the market after going out on spell since October he has just been brought in off spell (Wednesday) and put back into work. Harry only had a ...couple of rides before he got tipped out, and we have just picked up where we left off. This video is day 1-2 and 3. With his first ride out just today. Harry is pretty much a and his temperament matches his colour pure gold he is still very green in his ridden stages, but he’s just a lovely boy with no silliness, so trainable, always tries and so willing to please. If your interested in viewing this boy please contact me to arrange an appointment See more

23.01.2022 This beautiful boy will be coming to me in the first week of November. Unfortunately he will be for sale due to owner having another baby.. and no time to play ponies. This is a very hard and regrettable sale of a very much loved beautiful boy. Please meet - Mylnedale Tassas Gold aka Harry Turned 3 in Sept Will mature 15.3 + hh ... QH Lines are suited to cutting- campdrafting. Well handled Good to float, trim, wash and catch Has been walked on trails of Darling Downs and was cruisey Used to dogs, cattle and machinery Harry has an amazing temperament- (the best the breeder has ever bred) Recently had teeth done (wolf teeth removed) Sire (Patrick- pic in last photo) is stunning and very athletic and has an amazing temperament. Harry had a 2week stint with me in October last year. And he was an absolute pleasure in every way. He’s a horse I would happily have in my paddock and will make someone a lovely addition to the family to enjoy please contact myself if your interested in this boy to view when he arrives- and I can pass on his owners details as well

23.01.2022 Another cracker of a day. With some cracker little ponies. Juggling horses at two properties it’s so nice to have lovely ponies in for training to top off the day caught Nadine and Molly taking a little quiet time enjoying some fire

21.01.2022 When the breaker makes your 30 year old horse look like the young one man I every ride on my Mistletoe

20.01.2022 Lifes good when you can do it together it’s been so nice training mum and daughter with my trustee side kick. Things just Get Along

20.01.2022 Harry is back up for sale please read ad below. He will be available for viewing in a week

19.01.2022 Molly and Holly mother and daughter had their first little rides yesterday. I love how this two are so very different. Molly is sensitive, shy and sweet. Holly is not sensitive, or shy and just wants to eat and gets sticky feet I think I’m going to hide Miss Molly though... I just her

18.01.2022 Doing nothing.. to stop, think and relax is so rewarding.

15.01.2022 Beautiful Cruise having his first ride

14.01.2022 Everyone loves a good blooper. We don’t get it often... but this one had me in absolute stitches this very big boy is so sweet. I always say... the bigger the horse, the bigger the sook. He’s a gentle giant and nothing much really fazes him. We’ve done all the prep on the ground but I don’t think we could prepare for this needles to say.. after this he was mounted from both sides without an issue

13.01.2022 As I said it’s cob month here’s little Prince who’s a cob x and is back to finish off his starting. He’s picked up exactly where we left off. So just going over things in preparation for his first ride.

12.01.2022 J’Lacy Park will be moving to greener pastures... we are in the process of setting up and hope to be fully functional by the end of the year where all outside horses for training will go. All horses in for training will live in luxury and get to be horses and spend there days in individual paddocks where they can run and enjoy time out eating and doing what horses do. We’ve built some lovely WIWO shelters with yards soon to be added that will open out to their paddocks. Next ...on the list is an arena with adjoining undercover round yard to be built. In 2021, I will be offering only a few full board spots- spelling- and retirement agistment. Once we are fully set up and functional, keep a look out for up and coming clinics in Liberty- Trick Riding - young/green horse clinics - trail riding- and anything left field or inbetween. Here’s some sneak peak pics of the place See more

11.01.2022 The two old girls took Prince out for his second ride in the open spaces. Shareeba (32) felt like a new horse after her clip the other week, chauffeuring him along for his first canter under saddle. Mistletoe (the big 30 now) is way to competitive, so we just sat back and watched.

10.01.2022 Nadine and I have been pretty go, go here with 7 horses in for training.. and managing to entertain some wonderful children on the weekend with a display of Trick Riding at Peel Pony club. With many first rides accomplished for the horses here, we were able to pull off training a horse for trick riding and performing in his first show. Working as a team is so important... and I think Nadine Robertson and myself go alright

10.01.2022 Everyday is like Friday

10.01.2022 Cannot recommend Stewart Kammann from Kamco Arenas enough for the job he’s doing at my place. Stewie is passionate about what he does. Is a perfectionist and takes absolute pride in his work. This is so exciting

09.01.2022 Little Prince Charming

09.01.2022 For Sale Please see Add below and video a lovely boy up for grabs

08.01.2022 This is a perfect comparison. Horses being an animal that is commonly sold on for many reasons we have become very accustomed to the fact of this- you grow out of your horse- it’s time for something to help you move up the grades- your not a match - changing disciplines - getting out of horses - the list goes on. We buy a dog though... and that’s forever. They are not an animal we pass around - but look at the effects when they are. Obviously horses are different to dogs, but this doesn’t mean horses don’t cope. Horses are so forgiving and can learn to cope very well. Some will flourish with a new owner- some will become dangerous- aggressive- and some will just be to far gone for help. A good read.

07.01.2022 I’m embracing the month of darkness. Every horse in for training....All 5 are dark brown.

07.01.2022 It’s definitely cob month. Just love these perfect sized, chunky little power monkeys... such a great breed that packs a punch in many disciplines.

07.01.2022 It’s been a while since I trick rode... and longer for Nadine the last time I actually trick rode was on my beloved Digger who i lost suddenly in March. Losing Malaika two weeks later after a long fight with a complication of feet issues... trick riding started to become a wonderful memory. But Yesterday I got Amber and said, it’s just me and you now. And Tina Larcombe-Day has kindly let her horse Andrik become a team mate for us. This was Andriks second time in trick training, and his first time on the run and going faster that a walk he’s not the fastest horse. But he is safe and that’s what matters

07.01.2022 No rest for the wicked... after having the weekend off for this beautiful big girl and having her first little ride last week, we were able to pick up exactly where we left off for her second ride. This videos a good example of how we work as a team to make sure these rides are a really positive one. You can see the control I have on the ground still, then eventually handing the reins all over to Nadine Robertson

06.01.2022 Mr Wilbur having a go at longreining in a halter as he has his wolfies coming through. so saving the mouthing for when he’s back for his next stint we also had a play at liberty. I’ve loved having Wilbur back. He never forgot one thing from his little time here last year. He’s been an absolute credit to his owner who’s been taking him places and making sure he was ready for his next little holiday with me. Wilbur goes home Wednesday with more cool tricks up his sleeve for his mum to have fun playing with

06.01.2022 Lacy’s second ride and her owner Lexi did it herself Lexi has been coming out and learning the process and being apart of the training of her girl.

04.01.2022 Them first ride feels. He’s one of the biggest babies I’ve met... and I really had to hold his hand through the process of stepping out and walking forward. Once he realised he was ok he was cruising along. My groundwork I instil in these horses makes those first rides so much easier for those horses that still need their hands held.

01.01.2022 Molly and Holly

01.01.2022 Beautiful Orion having his first ride with proud mum being able to see the whole process of how Nadine and I work together to make it really simple for the horse. I’m also so lucky to have my friend Tina Larcombe-Day snap these beautiful pics.
