25.01.2022 What a whirl wind of a weekend ! But there was no better feeling than watching our dancers take the stage for their first eisteddfod for 2020 ! Our dancers were absolutely amazing on that stage and really gave it their all - Each of them committed themselves to each performance and danced their little hearts out! ... 22.01.2022 We reached out to our dancers and asked if any of them wanted help create a special video for all our amazing dads at JL Dance We wish you all a Happy Fathers Day! From the dad’s that drop their dancer off at the studio for dance classes to the dad’s to step in and do dance make up and dance hair. From the dads who sit and watch an entire dance concert to the dads who pay their dancers dance classes! ... We are so lucky to be surrounded by such a supportive and encouraging group of dads! 19.01.2022 WE DID IT ! And it is ELECTRIC! Can you believe it ! How good was it to see our dancers take the stage yesterday! ... It was a very different EOY performance but... it was a COVID safe one! With 59 dance routines and four mini showcase performances, we did it! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE for their support, from my team to our dancers and from our parents to our volunteers! Thank you - Words cannot describe how amazing it was! It was electric !

With such a high demand and interest with ACRO in Dance, Miss JL took it upon herself to become trained and more knowledgeable through ACRO dance because she knew it was important to her teaching but most importantly to her students! Miss JL says... she thrives to see her students develop techniques to achieve their goals, to be stronger and more confident executing skills and tricks!... We are sharing this because we were told there is.. NOTHING like what JL Dance has on offer with acro and we have recently had quite a bit of interest in ACRO classes at JL Dance this Term... . . 03.01.2022 A HUGE congratulations to these young dancers! We are super excited for all our dancers and their results with their ballet exam results with The Royal Academy of Dance. Congratulations girls!!! ... I am really proud of you all! This year has been a really hard year, from dancing online and juggling their online school learning - You have all been resilient through it all! From working from Laptops to iPads and mobile phones to access your classes it has been challenging to try and see different movements, trying to learning new exercises and apply corrections. I am so proud of all the girls and how they pushed through it all and everything happening around them from injuries, adjusting to COVID spaces in the studio and emergency operations and many more!! But They did it! And I am so proud of each one of you! You are so amazing and inspire me each day! Let’s celebrate and show these dancers some love!
