17.01.2022 Had a great day today helping my regular riders warm up for their tests at the Pony Club Tas State Dressage Championships. A mixed range of success across the board. In my eyes every rider is a winner just being there and having a go. I am so proud of all the riders for the work and effort they have put in towards these championships. Well done riders

16.01.2022 Phryne (Clearview) before our ride today.... starting to build back up after a break over winter. Exciting ride today, starting to understand ‘legs mean go’ and to ‘breathe’ Cantering through the water jump/big puddle on my arena ... Her lumps on her neck from some sort of allergy have subsided, and her cough is almost gone- she is much perkier in the paddock again now

06.01.2022 Busy weekend for myself with poles lessons on Saturday. With riders Eventing in the south and doing PC shields in the NW it was super to get msg updates throughout the day. Well done to all the riders over the weekend- at poles, and the events. Especially well done to Montana Hickey and Derek at the circular head shield - coming back after an injury.... Gives me something to smile about when my own horses are out for one reason or another

06.01.2022 One of my regular weekly pupils Amelia, celebrating her 8th birthday today. I do enjoy coaching these enthusiastic young riders who love their ponies - even when they challenge them !

05.01.2022 I have recently purchased a Pixem, robot camera. With the pixem, you wear a watch that will track you, with auto zoom features. The footage is recorded onto your own phone or tablet. There are options to have a ‘live lesson’ with an interstate coach, international coach or even a local coach (to save on travel time and cost) ... The pixem will be available for hire at the indoor arenas in Elliott and Stowport or at my property. *** Cost $5 per lesson *** Also I will be coordinating ‘virtual clinics’ in the near future with coaches, Sue Chandler, Peter Fischer, Di Jenkyn and Tanja Mitton.
