25.01.2022 Who am I and why should you listen to me? My name is Jackie Wheeler and I am a Business Strategist; Funnel Marketing Strategist. In case you’ve never heard of me **horrified gasp**, here’s why I’m uniquely & firmly qualified to tell you everything you had ever wanted to know about Small Business Finance / Management / Technology.... I have a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Management (Honours) + 15 years working in small business in Finance. My business vision is to help 1000+ desperate small business owners go from Tired, Frustrated and Struggling to pay bills and struggling to get the business going strong. No longer financially stressed can focus on increasing my sales and now looking to scale their business for future growth. in as little as 3 Months. I started this business because I was sick & tired of people struggling with Small Business Finance / Management / Technology and not finding a solution, and also because I wanted people to know that there is one...their solution, their salvation and their chance to forever say adios to Accepting that they need help and that they are currently undercharging their services to a point they are hurting their ability to meet expenses and grow forever and ever amen. I also wanted to work for myself and make money because of food and bills and life.



23.01.2022 How do you want to Impact the World? . . . .... Through this journey into the entrepreneurial world, everyone on the surface appears to only focus on $$$$. But, there is more to this! When I attended FHL2019 there was an opportunity to give to a charity that is sponsored by Clickfunnels that help women in third world countries get educated and get out of the 'sex trade,' yes that still does exist in 2019. In this instance, I could make the minimum donation of USD$500.00 but that was me as an individual. Yes, that money could potentially help one person, it was a start... Yet in the room, over 3.5 days they raised over a USD$1M dollars collectively in that room. So using Clickfunnels as the example as a large business, the Impact that Clickfunnels and their followers made a Million Dollar Difference and Impact for those who need it. But, for our own business, as we are starting out, how can we make this level of impact in our world and what does our business need to look like so we can make this level of impact? Ideas! Suggestions! I have one, but I will discuss later this week. I would like your input first?

22.01.2022 What does 'Think Big' means to you This is the conversation about Money This is focused on how you price your services.... Recap I have previously discussed pricing strategies of Time Value Package. This discussion was part 1. Now we are moving to the Price Structure Part 2. The prices quoted below do not take into consideration any form of Currency, as this is Part 3. This is also discussed in threes: This pricing I call 'social pricing,' it's a price point to the masses where your service can have a mass impact and is a 'Do it Yourself'. This pricing is the first level of Premium Pricing. Applying Value-Based Pricing and Package Pricing models. This can be either of serving your customer as a 'Done with You,' and can be implemented as a small group to provide value with some 1:1 service where you provide customised service for a limited period of time or a combination of depending on service offered. This is high-end Premium Pricing, with a reference of Private Clients and 1:1 service where time with you is most important. If you are doing significant 'Done for You' service, this pricing strategy is recommended. What service level do you apply in your business and do you think you may be under-charging your services. Most marketing programs advise new entrepreneurs to master one traffic source (social media platform), as a core component of 'power of one,' strategy.... Would you consider two platforms based on where your Avatar hangs out online and is likely to be interested in your offer? Traffic sources could be any of: 1. Facebook (Most Popular) 2. LinkedIn (Next Most Popular) 3. Instagram 4. Twitter etc and the list goes on. Question, is your choice of traffic (social media platform) driven by whether you categorise your avatar to either of (B2B) - Business decision makers - usually LinkedIn or (B2C) - Individual decision makers - usually Facebook and similar platforms? 14.01.2022 The Landing Page Your landing page is where you send someone as one of the first parts of your sales funnel. This is the start of the technical side of marketing.... Historically this could only be a static website, this gave you some information about the company and a Contact Us form (yawn as your customer clicks off the page). Traffic is driven to this page, for views but this does not necessarily convert into sales! Now in 2018 Landing pages can be any page where you can generate leads and the platforms and can be tailored to any specific promotion you have at the moment. The best part can be flexible and built to your requirements today, and be replaced tomorrow at minimal cost. This is through using Landing page software such as Clickfunnels. The Landing page is the most important page as this is your customer first impression of you. But what is this page? Could be any of the following: An Optin Page to obtain name and email of a prospect to nurture through an email sequence? A long sales page? A video sales page? The Landing Page now has to obtain genuine consent when a prospect is asked to sign up to your product or service and this is more than a glossy page? 14.01.2022 Christmas is coming; Are you taking a break or working through? . . . .... . . Christmas is fast approaching for 2018, and the year rolls to an end in around 60 days time. What do you plan to achieve between now and Christmas and are you trading during Christmas and New Year period or are you disappearing for holidays in January 2019, and my Australian friends enjoying a long summer break. As a new business, this is both the planning time for 2019, but also the action time for launching new offers, as I have been taking part in Clickfunnels 30 day challenge and I am launching this month. I am about serving my clients and helping them learn how to earn good money for their business so that you can spend quality time with family. But to do that, you need a business income first that can pay the bills but also provide a livable income as you are a business, not a charity and you need to be able to charge Premium prices for your information product or service as you are focused on delivering results for your clients. 14.01.2022 What is your perspective on life? We’re operating in a fast-paced world where it’s all about talking to the CEO, closing the next deal, finding a bigger client. However, in this rush to get ahead in the short term, we forget to look at the bigger picture. One way I see this happening is people forgetting about the little guy. We ignore the email from the young woman just starting out because we want to talk to the 1,000 person company’s CEO.... We think the little guy isn’t worth our time. They’re not important enough. They don’t provide us with any immediate value. However, what if in the next five years, her company outgrows and outperforms the company you were trying to close? You’d be kicking yourself. It’s not just about long-term thinking though. It’s about basic human decency and respect. Richard Wiseman, a British psychologist, suggests there are fifteen ways to create a positive impact when you’re around others. One way stuck out to me: Assume every person you meet is important, and treat them as such. We all deserve to be treated respectfully regardless if we’re a one-person show or running a billion dollar company. We’re not numbers. We’re humans. So let's start treating everyone as such. 12.01.2022 How do you structure your Offer How are you offering your product or service to your clients and prospective clients? The offer and how this offer is structured is how you get paid.... This is driven by three schools of how the offer is structured. 1. Time billing by the hour for the work completed. This billed in Arrears after work completed with terms of trade attached. The traditional service business model. 2. Value Pricing this is billed by the value of the service offered. Value pricing is normally structured around payment in advance of service and is results-based pricing model. 3. Package pricing by including more that one value item and turning this into a value stack to provide more value to your client through your value ladder and how your offer structured. 09.01.2022 What is your product Most people are creating 'Information Products,' such as courses or 'Programs,' that is a form of structured learning or providing a service that is advertised using 'product descriptions.' Products are typically a physical product such as a pen, that can be described physically.... When describing information products it is important to consider the emotion of the buyer combined with the features and benefits of how this product will improve their situation in business but also at home with family. Information products are stories of someone moving from their (now) to somewhere else in (future) and your information product is the 'how' to get there by providing the transformation roadmap. 08.01.2022 The Exchange - The Lead Magnet The Lead Magnet is the first exchange of information between the prospective customer and your business. This prospect is now an interested lead in your business and they are interested in your content and to learn more about you.... The Lead Magnet itself can be anything from: 1. One Page Cheat Sheet 2. Downloadable information between 5 to 10 pages 3. Small E-book between 20 to 100 pages 4. Large E-book 100 pages + 5. Mini-Course 6. A parcel sent to a prospect with hard copy book and other similar content in hard copy The choice of lead magnet directly correlates to what communication is important to your business and how long you have been in business. As a new business lead magnets of 1 and 2 are ideal as low cost to produce and provide relevant content to prospects. The purpose of the lead magnet is to educate your buyer and have them wanting to learn more about you. This is the extended introduction. What sort of Lead magnet do you find appealing? 03.01.2022 Lest we forget... . . . .... . Today is a solemn day that we remember the sacrifice of those before us who made the sacrifice in World War 1, World War 2 and other wars since then. Remembering, that they gave their lives and some survived to return home from their service to our community. It is today, that we give a 'Thank you,' to those who served and their respective families from those in the past to those currently serving in current conflicts. Today, makes us appreciate just how lucky we are to live in a Country of Australia on ANZAC day and how grateful we need to be for the opportunities that were created as a result of this sacrifice by others. Where some families have a direct connection and others maybe not. I do know that my family emigrated from the UK as a result of World War 2, but that generation chose not to really talk about their war experience as it was too painful for them. This generation that moved countries so that we could have a better life. They have now passed, and today we as a community celebrate their community service. They made an impact in this world and were just living their lives the only way they knew how. Thank you ANZAC's for the freedom and choice we have today in 2019.

Once you define this, how does your Avatar define this problem and what level of urgency do they place on solving the problem you solve? The problem you solve could be any three categories; 1. High Interest in problem awareness with low-level urgency, 2. Moderate interest in problem awareness with high urgency, 3. High interest in problem awareness with high urgency in solving. 02.01.2022 The answer to yesterday's question This question is important and you need to examine those who are entrepreneurs who have succeeded before us. Examples of the most prominent are:... Richard Branson Steve Jobs Bill Gates These are some of the usual textbook examples as they have been in business for so long and are the usual case study examples. They are interesting as all trailblazers in their industry and they have contributed to the body of knowledge of entrepreneurship, but they all started in business 20+ years ago. What about those who commenced their business in the new paradigm of modern business with the challenges of social media marketing of today. Who commenced business less than 5 years ago and are now earning $5M+ in such a short period and have burned the old rule book for starting a business! But what are the missing components of most programs on offer that are targeted towards startup business, who want to achieve 6 figures first, get a stable income then shoot for the moon and go for 7 figures +. Because we did not set out to be in business to be mediocre but to achieve and serve our clients to deliver them the results they desire. The missing components in most of these programs are 1. The Mindset of Winning and getting up after falling down; 2. How to Influence and be the Influencer in your Niche; 3. The boring but important information on Finance / Business Structure by understanding your supply and cost structure and hidden income simply by knowing your numbers; Then the Marketing component because without the marketing you don't have a business. All of these components are important and I believe that as a new business why spend your money on piecemeal programs that deliver bits and pieces but do not give you the full picture. 02.01.2022 The Big Announcement... . . .... I am excited to announce that I am moving my business going forward and is the first post as I am in preparation for Launch. The changes are the JLW Business Consulting and JLW Business Solutions will be retired as the business names do not live up to my business vision. The Facebook pages will remain but only as redirects to my announcement below. Now I will introduce how I am structuring things for the remainder of 2018 to 2019. Now I am building my Vision around 'Think Big and Leverage your Business.' This is the name of my Facebook Group and I now have Facebook Page sharing details to assist in increasing exposure of this Business Mindset. The Business is now JLW Premium Business Solutions that articulates what I am about by providing Premium Business Solutions to my Clients who want to 'Think Big and Leverage their Business.'
