23.01.2022 A little pesto inspo for dinner tonight? Recipe for this one is on my website, paired with buckwheat pasta for that extra punch of fibre. Happy Frideee everyone #lvlnutrition

22.01.2022 Crispy Kale Our $30 veg boxes from @prahranmarket have been filled with kale lately and to help empty the fridge I love making a plate of these chip like goodies. You can make these either in the fry pan or in the oven by just picking off the leaves, a little drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Cooking in a hot pan/oven for 10 mins, or until crispy. The perfect Friday night movie snacks! #lvlnutrition

19.01.2022 Needing extra veggies after the weekend? Omelettes for breaky or lunch are super simple and can be made in 10 mins. Here is a Broccoli, cauliflower and kale mix, but I usually grab what ever left over baked veg I have in the fridge. Add some garlic and turmeric to your eggs before it hits then pan and top with fresh herbs for extra nutrients. A delicious way to start your week! #lvlnutrition

18.01.2022 Choc & Nahnah Bread (yes, I’m at the baking stage of lockdown) You’ll need 2 bananas... 2 eggs 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup cashews 1/2 cup milk, or milk substitute 1/2 cup chia seeds 2 tbs raw cocoa 100g dark chocolate, broken into small bits Mash bananas then add eggs and whisk. Add all remaining ingredients, mixing until well combined. Pop in a loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy

17.01.2022 You got this #lvlnutrition

17.01.2022 Where your attention goes, energy flows #lvlnutrition

14.01.2022 Cook once, eat twice (or thrice). Lockdown means we are eating from home a lot more regularly. Making extra portions each time you cook and making use of your freezer will help you feel less overwhelmed with food during this period. Nothing wrong with the good ol leftover, lockdown or not this soup recipe is on my website lvl-nutrition.com

13.01.2022 Feeling fresh this evening with a Vietnamese inspired salad featuring tofu. This meal makes a regular appearance in our weekly dinners, because it takes less than 10 mins and is packed with flavour. Happy Sunday everyone! #lvlnutrition

12.01.2022 Fried, scram, boiled or poached? #lvlnutrition

11.01.2022 I always assumed I’d always have painful periods, but since learning more about women’s health through nutritional medicine I know that I don’t have to live with period pain. Hell yes! I always ask my clients about this because it tells me so much about what’s going on, on a deeper level. Is your pain sharp, stabbing? Or heavy and low? Does your pain radiate to your back or legs? How many days does it last for? Do you take pain relief? Does that medication help? ...these questions help me understand where and why you experience pain but also how to help reduce it! #lvlnutrition

10.01.2022 Very thankful for this fellow nutritionist and beautiful friend @kate_j_nutritionist We’ve been working together to create workshops, seminars and other goodies for you guys to learn and enjoy. Although lockdown has given us more time to create and research, we can’t wait to be back in action talking all things health and well-being face to face.

10.01.2022 Little Monday motivation. Habits are created by making small but consistent changes so they stick and fit into your routine without too much stress. Constantly have that discussion with clients, adding 1 or 2 changes to their lifestyle between each appointment so they feel empowered by their health. Monday is always a good day to start! #lvlnutrition

10.01.2022 We’re back! From Monday the 9th we are back in these beautiful @kxpilates studios and I can’t bloody wait!

07.01.2022 Making best friends with salad, a falafel salad with beets, goats cheese, peas, lettuce and roast potatoes. This one is a regular in our household for when we want a fast dinner, but we typically have with grilled fish. Hope everyone’s having a lovely weekend #lvlnutrition
