25.01.2022 Located in Kelvin Grove in BCC, the house currently sits on a block that is only 194sqm and is over the boundaries! A challenging little project, this house will be renovated, raised, with a building under and relocated on site within the boundaries. We will be collaborating with Town Planners to get a Development Approval for this one before obtaining a Building Approval for Construction. Love working with clients and consultants to get approvals from Council on challenging sites. Can’t wait to see this little beauty transformed into a stunning dwelling!

02.01.2022 With the existing concrete stumps in need of urgent repair, the owners of this house decided it was time to lift the house to achieve legal height to the lower floor and build in underneath and create an office space, workshop, additional bedroom and bathroom & laundry. The team at Blazer 1 Construction have worked their magic and done a fantastic job with this face lift, it completely looks like a different house!
