24.01.2022 You are a lost cause How do you like this statement? I remember myself in my youth, I started working very early, at the age of 14. Every school vacation I had some kind of casual job, my goal was to buy something that I wanted and that I liked. My parents were very strict about the financial side of things, and the times were that easy. When I graduated from two institutes, and worked full time, again to satisfy my desires, I always had a bunch of interesting... ideas for new ventures or new businesses. As a child who is open with parents, I always came and shared another project that matured in my head, but in return I received Go work in this area, you dont have any relevant education, you dont know what the business is, you wont succeed, its all complicated. I honestly followed the plan and didnt even think to start anything. When I arrived in Australia and after some time life put me in the Z position, I got divorced, have 500$ in my pocket, I just had a registered business, I started my first business in a foreign country without knowing the local mentality and any business connections. And what did I get again? You understand that nobody needs you, a divorced woman with a child, you wont succeed, go home. It was a turning point, I could no longer listen to it - tears flowed down my face, I could not believe that the closest people could say this at a difficult moment in my life. BUT I didnt break, what did I do: I get myself together, distributed last money to what I really needed, began to study wherever possible for free in order to achieve my goal. I stopped all communication with toxic people, because every time I felt that I was losing energy during such conversations, proving that I can actually do everything I want, and that it is a matter of time I thought a lot, projected my consciousness to achieve the results of what I want, asked the universe and received answers. A lot of time has passed since then, I freely communicate with people who did not believe in me at the beginning... but I no longer explain to them what I can do, because I already know WHO I am #yuliamoiseeva_rma #immigrationlaw #immigration #migrationagent #australiaimmigration #immigrationservices #visitaustralia #australia #yuliamoiseeva_personal #personalthought #lifestyle #lifestory #storyofmylife

21.01.2022 Why do I need your English? I will come to Australia and learn everything on the spot! - some potential immigrants say. And they are definitely right! After all, by immediate diving in, learning a language is faster and more enjoyable. But, perhaps, not everyone can afford such a luxury. Lets see why I first ask you to take the English exam?! I very rarely sign a contract if my client does not have a valid English test certificate in hand. I am convinced that t...he English language is a stumbling block for many, and the preparation process can take months and sometimes years. Even myself, having degree of translator/interpreter in my hands, studied with the English test tutor for several additional months before attempting the exam. Most often, I wait for the applicant or applicants to pass the exams for required level, and only then we start with the documents. Another important thing is constantly changing situation with migration law. Imagine today we held a consultation with you, planned your pathway and strategy, and you left for the next 12 months to prepare for English exam. And during this year, all the requirements have changed twice, the points have increased, and hence you can start from scratch planning your migration. Moreover, I ask you not to even start with skills assessment application before required English test results are received, since the lists of occupations do change, and the assessment results have an expiration date, and some occupations have their own mandatory minimum in terms of English language level. And now for the last and most important thing! It is simply impossible to quickly settle, get a good job and find a job quickly without good English. Even my knowledge of 7 in IELTS could not guarantee me in the first months a clear understanding of quick spoken English, Australian accent and local conversational styles. Everything will take time and the better you prepare, the faster and easier you will be integrating in a new society. Its hard to learn, easy to fight! Like if the post was helpful! See more

It will also be helpful to take an English exam (Functional Level (4.5) so that you dont have to pay an additional government fee. I am glad that this is a permanent residency visa, which is probably why the applicant will have to work hard and provide: Relevant qualifications and awards Recommendations from the relevant Australian authorities. 20.01.2022 My personal values Dear subscribers! I have received many messages and comments from you on the value system that guides me in my work. Thanks for your warm feedback!... And now, as I promised, the beliefs that lead me as a guiding star throughout my life, through all the bureaucratic delays to amazing results for each of your cases: Nothing is impossible in this life, because we are the creators. I understand that all people came from different backgrounds, including the financial aspect. But there are times when we have to strain to show the maximum possible result, it takes effort! Sometimes you want to give up, but !!!! this is just the moment when you should not give up, because the desired result is already VERY close. I jumped with a paraglider when my first child was 1.5 years old, and from the height of the flight I thought about a lot: it was only 30 minutes in the sky, during which I significantly rethought my life path. I position myself as a strategist - my task is to find the best way for you to quickly obtain a FML visa. I never pursue short-term financial gains and I am in no rush to sign a contract! First of all, I ask the client about capabilities, goals and preferences, where we decide together which pathway they should go to a bright Australian future. Its never too late to start if you really want to. I am not a fan of conversations, I am the action person, and if I see that I want to achieve something / learn something, then I go and get it. Yes, sometimes its difficult. Yes, often I do not watch TV, because I simply do not have time or I do not even meet with friends, but the result is worth it! To be continued Tell us in the comments what do you agree or disagree? #yuliamoiseeva_rma #immigrationlaw #immigration #migrationagent #australiaimmigration #immigrationservices #visitaustralia #australia #values #personal

19.01.2022 Support of migrant workers Last week, we celebrate 6 months since the beginning of quarantine measures and isolation of Australia from the rest of the world. All this time, disputes and discussions on the topic of unemployment and labor migration to Australia have not ceased. Today, the unemployment rate is growing despite the increase in full and part-time jobs and stands at 7.5%. This is due to the fact that every month more and more people will start lookin...g for work. The unemployment rate is expected to hit 10% when the mutual commitment requirements came into effect, where job seekers commit to seek and accept work or their benefits will be suspended. Some people believe that Australia should not rush to return migrants so that they cannot take jobs that Australians could take. However, many of these people forget that the skilled migration system is designed to ensure that workers either bring skills that Australians lack, or do low-skill jobs that Australians are reluctant to do. Migration has made Australia one of the youngest developed countries on the planet with an average age of 37, and the economy needs the input from migrants to keep the standard of living. For example, at the last meeting of the ministers of agriculture of AU states, the issue of the insufficient number of low-skilled workers was discussed. A particularly acute shortage is expected in the spring-summer period, and today the issue of returning and retaining temporary visa holders with work rights in Australia is being actively addressed. Experts admit that in the current environment, attracting skilled migrants is becoming more difficult due to the downturn in the economy and closed external borders, and the government needs to keep the visa procedures in check to make Australia competitive for these highly skilled people. By far the huge advantage is that Australia has coped with the pandemic comparatively better than most other countries. 19.01.2022 COVID-19 concessions for SC485 Post Graduate Visa The new COVID-19 Concessions for Subclass 485 (TR) are to ensure applicants are not disadvantaged by circumstances beyond their control, including border closures, restrictions imposed on businesses and the general economic downturn related to COVID-19. The new 485 post graduate visa exemptions are designed to help international students use their concession period to apply for a graduate visa. Now students outs...ide Australia can apply for the visa and to be granted the Post Graduate Visa, which makes it possible to use it later and enter the country when travel restrictions are lifted. In this case, the validity of the visa will begin from the moment of entry into Australia. The concession period starts on February 1, 2020, an end date has not been specified due to the uncertainty of the situation. The amendments include changes to: allow applicants to apply for a Subclass 485 visa while in or outside Australia from 01/02/2020 until concession period ends allow applications to be made outside Australia during a concession period without the usual requirement to have held a student visa within the six month period immediately before making the application extend the period to meet the Australian Study Requirement from 6 months to 12 months for applicants prevented from returning to Australia due to COVID-19 travel restrictions during all or part of the period commencing on 1 February 2020 and ending on 19 September 2020 allow applicants to be granted a Subclass 485 visa while in or outside Australia from 01/02/2020 until concession period ends allow applicants that applied for a SC 485 outside Australia during a concession period to be granted a sc 485 visa in or outside of Australia even if the concession period has ended. 18.01.2022 Scholarships in Australia I am often asked about the various student opportunities in Australia. I decided not to make a secret out of this, and today I would like to share with everyone the information about the scholarships. Those who have already watched my live broadcast about life in the state of Tasmania will probably remember the topic of Scholarship, which Sergey and I discussed. Scholarship recipients will also have the opportunity to serve as Tasmania's education ambassadors in government while in Tasmania. The Tasmanian government will provide scholarships to 26 students, four of which will be awarded to students from China, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan and Hong Kong. The remaining 6 scholarships are distributed without reference to a specific country. 16.01.2022 Temporary quotas for Tasmania Effective from August 25, the State of Tasmania is subject to Department quotas for subclasses 491, 190, 188 and 132, which are temporary and will be changed after budget approval in October. The following are the priority areas for consideration of applications based on the possible benefits of the nominees during the economic recovery in Australia. Applications for high quality subclass 188 and 132 (Business Innovation and Investment... Program). Additional information for these subclasses will be available in the near future. Applicants critical to supporting Tasmania's response to the COVID-19 pandemic, including those providing critical or specialized health care, critical skills needed to maintain the supply of essential goods and services, or provide services in sectors, critical to Australia's economic recovery. Applicants who are currently in Australia can demonstrate their ability to make a significant contribution to the economic recovery. Each nomination must be supported in terms of the candidate's ability to contribute to the recovery of the Tasmanian economy. It is the applicant's responsibility to demonstrate how they are meeting this requirement. 13.01.2022 After events of 2020, when a sudden wave of a pandemic covered the whole world, many countries have changed their approach to planning the future and strategic development. It is no secret that Australia is looking for solutions to the COVID-19 situation in the STEM community. STEM is a broad term used to combine academic disciplines such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The Australian Government regards STEM education as critically important ...for our current and future productivity, as well as for informed personal decision making and effective community, national and global citizenship. Did you know that you in absence of skilled visa options for candidates from overseas during COVID-19 and reduction of the program for point tested visas for coming year due to unemployment rate, you can maximise your migration options by: 1Considering STEM study as extension of your profile to advance your skills in Australia and find better employment 2Consider Master by Research or PhD program to add extra points (+10) for skilled program 3Consider Master by Research or PhD program to access Global Talent Visa as an alternative pathway to obtain PR after study 4Consider studying regional (not Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney) to maximise your post-graduate visa duration and obtain additional +5 points Target Areas for Global Talent (STEM sector) AgTech Space and Advanced Manufacturing FinTech Energy and Mining Technology MedTech Cyber Security Quantum Information, Advanced Digital, Data Science and ICT I would like to notice, that IT occupations have currently the biggest competition in terms of points test system and it is getting harder to obtain required points from overseas. I suppose, the best option for Engineers and IT specialist from overseas is to consider STEM education as advancement of career, and chance for PR visa. Would you like to know more about STEM education? Would you like to find relevant course with good budget? 11.01.2022 The first Sunday in September is Father's Day in Australia. In Australia, the opposite is true: everyone knows that winter begins in Australia in June, and the water, presumably, flows counterclockwise in the sink ... And while all countries of the commonwealth celebrate Father's Day in June, Australia celebrates this day in September. Despite this, the events that take place at this time differ little from those that take place in other countries of the commonwealth.... This broad tradition dates back to 1936, when the holiday was first mentioned in the newspaper. Father's Day, as a follow-up to Mother's Day, promised widespread popularity. Probably, faced with information about Father's Day in the United States, the Australians decided not to wait a year, but to appoint it a little later. On this day, everyone congratulates their fathers and thank them for their care, and the children give gifts made with their own hands: crafts, postcards. In general, not only fathers are congratulated, but also grandfathers, uncles, all important and significant men in their lives. The most popular Australian gift on this day is a tie. It can be souvenirs and pastries in the form of a tie ... In general, a tie is an unspoken symbol of the holiday) Father's Day is primarily a home holiday. It all starts with a festive breakfast, and after that many families arrange hikes, active games, in general, everything that will help strengthen the ties of children with their fathers. Despite the fact that this holiday is not a public holiday, many community organizations, restaurants and shopping centers hold special entertainment programs and gala dinners. Happy Fathers Day! #yuliamoiseeva_rma #immigrationlaw #immigration #migrationagent #australiaimmigration #immigrationservices #visitaustralia #australia #fathersday2020 #fathersday #fathersdayaustralia

10.01.2022 Features of life in Australia Today is the vernal equinox in Australia! Yes, exactly the spring, because in the southern hemisphere everything is the other way around and seasons, respectively, in the first place. Another curious feature for our area is the set of constellations in the sky. The Ursa Major, habitual since childhood, gave way to the constellation of the Southern Cross, which is depicted on the Australian flag.... Due to the large amount of surrounding water in the southern hemisphere (20% more), the climate here is slightly milder than in similar latitudes of the northern hemisphere, and only Antarctica is colder than the Arctic. For sunbathers, I have bad news: the ozone hole over Antarctica is taking over parts of South America, the Falkland Islands, New Zealand and parts of Australia, affecting human health as well as animal health. In Australia, the UV problem is taken seriously: there is a special government unit that regulates the production and use of sunscreens. According to some reports, the population of the southern hemisphere is only 10-12% of the total population of the planet, which is about 800 million people. The first in the list of major cities in the hemisphere is Jakarta (34.5 million people), while Sydney has only 5 million. The population density of Australia is a paradise for introverts and social phobes! - is only 3 people per 1 square kilometer. If your work is connected with business trips, then flights from Australia for 10-15 hours will become the norm for you. The fastest flight Sydney-Moscow is almost 22 hours and includes one stop. It often takes the whole paid leave to travel and see relatives overseas. Slide to read more I believe that Australia's remoteness from the rest of the world explains the distinctiveness of Australian English. Even expats from English speaking countries take time to get used to Australian English. G'day mate! Share in the comments your discoveries about life "Down Under"! 04.01.2022 My life attitudes How nice that there are so many thoughtful people among my subscribers! Thank you for your response and for your emotions! Today I would like to conclude a series of posts about values. I repeat that I follow these statements in all aspects of life, which allows me to achieve success and enjoy life and work!... Treat people the way you want to be treated! It doesn't matter what I do or who I deal with for work or personal matters. But I always respect the person I am dealing with and their point of view, and for the tenth time I will clarify the same questions, because it is important for that person. I have steel patience and endurance for what is happening around! I highly value my clients and employees - those whom I select to work on my team and those who universe send to me. The system/structure is the key to success in all aspects of life. I am an engineer by one of my qualifications, and the clearer and more transparent I have formed the structure, the more successful it will work. When I trained with a personal trainer, we divided the task of 100 push-ups into sets, and I did even more then what was assigned because it was partitioned into stages. The moral of this is - don't be afraid to take action, structure and partition tasks, prioritize and frame to get things done on time. You achieve the best results where you are genuinely interested. I still enjoy dealing with migration processes, I enjoy solving complex problems and new cases, I love challenges and I love helping people in seemingly hopeless situations. I am always inspired by getting the required result and winning, challenging myself. I enjoy communicating with clients and support everyone in this process. Being optimistic about life is a very effective attitude. I consider negativity only as an experience and time for adjusting and improving yourself, tools or approaches to problem solving. I always learn lessons, I see a positive background in every question that arises, I strive to bring positiveness to the masses and enjoy life every day! What I wish for you too! Thank you for reading this post!
