24.01.2022 I haven't posted on my Life Coaching page for a while and have been annoyed at myself about this - thoughts of "you should be doing more to promote your business, people will think your not serious!" "get your Diploma & Website finished and stop doubting yourself" have popped into my mind, sometimes without much awareness. These negative thoughts can often spiral out of control to a point where a. you are ready to kill someone or b. you are ready to kick your own ass! We all ...go through periods of doubt - even superstars! However, we don't have to listen to our doubts. One of the most interesting discoveries about the mind is that it can only think one thought at a time. So that means that each time you feel unconfident, you can discipline yourself to replace that thought with another, more positive one. At first, doing this can seem hard, but stick with it and soon it will become automatic. You can change your mind - we all have that choice. The day we decide we are going to take more control of our minds, rather than let circumstances and mood dictate our thoughts, it is a happier day! I cant believe we make daily choices about, what we eat, what we wear, who we love, where we live, who we work for ect ect - but never question what thoughts we allow to fill our heads day in and day out - it's these daily thoughts that ultimately make our reality, choose wisely lovely peeps, weed your internal garden like you would your own backyard! #joannemccordlifeandwellbeingcoach

On the other hand, mixing with calm people- even for the briefest period - will leave you feeling more calm. Are there people draining your energy in your life?
