07.01.2022 Top image-most people are able to stretch pec major, but it’s pec minor which is often forgotten. Making sure the arm is placed at 45 degree angle to the spine is vital for an effective stretch-combine with C-R and sustained lengthening of the the tissue occurs. Bottom image-progress the lengthening of piriformis (external hip rotator) from chair to floor. Once you are able to stretch this muscle sitting on a bolster allows you to target the attachment point on the sacrum. Add C-R for sustained lengthening of the tissue.
