11.01.2022 We had the opportunity to taste this Letefoho Lutlala natural at @sucafinaspecialty_asiapacific lab as they shared the ongoing works they were doing to improve the quality of coffees and the quality of lives of those who were involved in coffee production in East Timor, in partnerships with local communities around the Lutlala processing station. We were super stoked and surprised cupping this very coffee, with its sparkling apple cider acidity along with the plum and clean r...ed wine notes. As an espresso it shows characteristics of caramels, nectarines with grapefruit acidity and as a filter, tasting notes of clean white peaches, starfruit and pomegranates have been super tasty! Its super interesting to see the different flavour profiles being brought out by a change in extraction method with the same roast profile

02.01.2022 The Kenyan Gatuya coffee factory processes their coffees with water from the Muriuriu River, along with disc pullers with four separate discs to remove the skin and fruits from the inner parchment layer. The careful process of fermenting and drying results in our cup carrying a clean orange citrus, creamy chocolate notes accompanied by bright red Berry notes. Yummy morning brews! #kenyancoffee
