25.01.2022 A message from Sheena from Home Office: "We are experiencing some significant delays in our international shipments, due primarily to a shortage of international flights. Both Landmark and FedEx have reported to us that our packages are considered non-essential, and are thus given a lower priority. Between the limited number of international flights and our packages being classified as non-essential, we are seeing delays of up to two weeks on international shipments. We unfortunately have no control over the circumstances leading to these delays, but will remain committed to turning orders around as quickly as we can internally so that they can be in the hands of our shippers as soon as possible. Please allow for these extended shipping time frames when placing your orders."

18.01.2022 This is why we love Close to my Heart. They didn’t have to do this so please read and understand why they are such a great company to work with/buy from. As you would all be aware there have been many shipping problems. Landmark in the USA is the equivalent of Australia Post here in Aust. This is the response from Home Office: ... Replacement shipments for missing Landmark orders Dear Name. We know that we have many Consultants and customers in Australia and New Zealand who are still awaiting delivery of one or more orders. Late last month, we had hundreds of orders that were shipped via Landmark go missing due to complications that have arisen from the COVID-19 pandemic. We have been working with Landmark to locate the orders and get them delivered, but the process has been going on long enough and we are not hopeful of finding the orders. We have discussed several options of how to proceed, and Jeanette has approved for us to replace the orders at our own cost and ship them out once again. We feel badly for those who have been kept waiting this long and want to get products in their hands as soon as we can. Early next week we will begin sending out the replacement orders to those orders that Landmark is reporting missing. The replacement orders will be shipped out using FedEx. Sending all the replacement orders will take a few days since we also need to keep up with our current order load, but we will do our best to get all replacements out in a timely fashion. Because these orders have been so long in coming, we will also be including a free Blossoming Friendship Stamp + Thin Cuts set (Z3707) in each replacement order to help make up for the delay. In the event that you receive the original shipment as well as the replacement order, please feel free to keep both packages and use the extra products as you see fit.
