19.01.2022 A great alternative to get to reflexology points for little people with wriggly, ticklish tootsies... also helpful if you’re someone who does not like their feet being touched (which is not me, by the way, I love a good foot massage)! Try rubbing your ears with essential oils a few times a day for as little as 1 minute, as an easy way to return your body to balance....
