I will be reworking the website soon to include resources and hope that I will be able to set up Councelling and support services for families as needed- for both pregnancy, parenthood and loss Thankyou for your continued following.

12.01.2022 Im so saddened to read that theres a possible closure of King Edwards memorial Hospital. My first thought is devestation as the memories and support found in those walls. For those whos babies are memorialised in the garden I will be contacting pastoral care tomorrow to find out more information about the preservation of the gardens I have attended many births here, my little boy was cremated here and I will never forget the memories .

06.01.2022 Beautiful Friend with her baby- 6 months going strong and her gorgeous baby has now doubled her weight! Breastfeeding can be hard but is worth doing if you can!

05.01.2022 But the truth is that self-care is not enough. And it's time that we stop telling moms that a simple act of self-care will undo the years of culture-induced overwhelm that is causing us all to burn out. Because there simply isnt a magic button to press.

05.01.2022 Happy Mothers Day to all the mums out there. Those expecting, mums with babes in arms,or whos are now running around, those with children grown and gone, for the mothers to be who are waiting for their special positive signs and for the mums who are missing their precious child. You are all mothers and today is for you.

05.01.2022 The words of a prince! I love the awe new dads have after watching their partners give birth (both vaginal and cesarean) woman are amazing

05.01.2022 I contemplated not sharing but maybe someone out there needs to hear there is hope. Today is the anniversary of my first miscarriage. I was young, had been told... I couldn't get pregnant but amazingly was! I was happy/ scared (what would mum and Paul say!)excited and loved this baby already. But a week after finding out this news, not having told anyone, my baby didn't stay. At the time I just had my girlfriends- all who were too young themselves to understand. I mourned by myself but this day is forever etched in my heart. I have had a total of 9 pregnancy s but only three children on earth with me. Miscarriage hurts, still birth hurts. We need to break the silence and acknowledge our pain and know that it's ok to do so. So little baby today I remember you and what could have been. Xxx See more

05.01.2022 A special visual helping you to understand why baby will often only settle in your arms, while rocking/ walking ( or in my case Bouncing on a birth ball ). The world is a big scary place to a new baby
