25.01.2022 If you need a little lift this afternoon, my latest article on MEDIUM has just been published. I hope my 5 tips inspire you to be kinder to yourself during this period and let’s all remain hopeful that we will emerge from this dark time sooner than later, brighter than ever. just click on the link below to read it in full.

25.01.2022 We all know that old saying, good things come to those who wait. I appreciate this saying and I understand that often timing is critical especially when we are working on something important, but one thing I know for sure is good things often don’t happen if you just sit around procrastinating. There is a huge difference between waiting because it is a necessary part of the process, and waiting because you are anticipating a perfect time. The present is the only time that is guaranteed to each and everyone of us so if you are procrastinating and waiting for the perfect time the only time is now.

24.01.2022 Humans are unique and imperfect creatures and it is through our unique flaws that we derive our own individual identity. Take a moment to revel in your imperfections because these are the things that make you so incredibly interesting.

22.01.2022 Let today be the start of something new...

16.01.2022 HOPE will not be cancelled

16.01.2022 It can be terrifying to just jump head first into the unknown and take a whole different course or direction. When you are uncertain about moving forward or embarking on a new adventure, it is easy to procrastinate and constantly hash over starting but never start. When we hold back from starting something that we really want to do, we rob our souls of growth and valuable life lessons. Our mission in life is to grow and evolve, spiritually, mentally and physically and when we live fearlessly and take action with our dreams, no matter how big or how small, we are fully living.

14.01.2022 I’ve been a very full on person for as long as I can remember. My mind goes a million miles an hour and creating new projects or books that can make a difference in the world energises me and makes me feel alive. It’s for that reason, Im really not that great at taking breaks, but I have forced myself to pull back on my workload since Christmas and allow myself to well...just pause. You see,I have found that.... In the pause, you can see life more clearly. In the pause, you ...can recharge your batteries. In the pause, you can take time to see how far you have come. In the pause, you can think about what is really important to you. In the pause, you can power up and make plans for the future. In the pause, you appreciate the little things. For some of us, that pause consists of pulling back a bit each day so we can spend more time enjoying the things that are important to us, and for some of us, that pause is lengthy, allowing us time to heal from some of life’s tougher and more painful experiences. It is a myth that a pause needs to be some long holiday away from your normal every day routine, although Im definitely not opposed to that! Daily pauses and smaller shifts in behavior can have a profound impact on our lives and can inspire us to make long overdue changes. So that’s what this post is all about... This is a reminder to myself and any one else who needs to be reminded of the value of taking space between moments. Pause to appreciate life and your loved ones, pause to get inspired, pause to give thanks, pause to breathe and when in doubt about the way forward, just pause and wait until you are confident about the direction you want to take. Have an amazing week

13.01.2022 The energy you give out, you get back. Spread Good Vibes. Wishing You a Beautiful Weekend

13.01.2022 Often, its the simplest of acts or a shift in mindset that can change the quality of your life in the most profound and positive of ways. Just one of the following could make all the difference to yours..... - Confide in someone you trust when you’re struggling. A problem shared is a problem halved. Reach out.... - Pay attention to how many pointless things you do and how many minutes you waste on mindless activities. Eliminate the unnecessary and cultivate the essentials. - Tell people how you feel about them now. If you are proud, grateful and love the people that you share your life with, let them know how amazing and important they are to you. - Nurture your mind with great thoughts, for you will never go higher than you think. - Don't compare your own life with anyone else's. Comparison is the thief of pure joy. - Find your passion because the power of passion can lead you to accomplish the most extraordinary of things. - It's not how many mistakes you’ve made but what you learn from them that defines you. - Relinquish what you can’t control. Empower yourself to change what you can, and let go of the rest. Don’t expend your energy trying to control others. Focus on yourself. - Remember... You get to choose how you deal with your life and your circumstances. The power lies within you.

01.01.2022 When change starts to feel overwhelming, we should always remember that there has never been an amazing story that started with First, everything was perfect. Don’t wait one more day hoping for the ideal set of circumstances or the ideal situation to begin what you need to begin or do what you have to do. Although it is vital to plan and prepare for things, we also have to be able to take whatever comes our way and decide we will take the moment and make it amazing, whatever it is.
