04.01.2022 || Playgroup Co-ordinator 2020 || Can you believe there is only one term left of 2019? Before we know it, playgroup for 2020 will begin. So, we are looking for a new co-ordinator! ... What’s involved? As the name suggests, the co ordinator coordinates playgroup. You don’t need to do it alone, but rather rally people around you to help. * Organise someone to get the keys on Thursday morning and open the hall. You could use the online roster system we have in place - it’s easy. * Pick up some morning tea on your way past Coles ( or everyone could bring their own ) * Organise someone to bring some craft (or just use the supplies provided behind the stage). * Check the cash tin and give excess to the office to be placed in the safe. * Organise everyone to help with pack up and someone to take the keys back to the office. If you’d like to volunteer and give back to the community to ensure playgroup keeps going in 2020, send us message.
