13.01.2022 Qld Suns boys and Wildcats player Faith, working through their 2nd netball specific speed and agility session. We finished the technical aspect on court now putting the technique's to the test with sand training.

05.01.2022 Great group these girls have a goal to play Ruby's Netball League. Effort level and intensity is high with these athlete's! It was a hot day so the drink break in the shade was well deserved!
