05.01.2022 Today we're going to be doing lots of swinging and springing activities. Musical landings- remember your motorbike position when the music stops. Danish swing warm up- in Denmark, swinging your arms and legs play a big role in physical activities. Here we use them to make sure we are ready to start the lesson. Ribbons- Anna takes us through how to use a ribbon and some fun activities to do, even with a small room! Skipping rope- Simone and Matilda show us all sorts of fun thi...ngs you can do with a rope, and how to make your own. Trampoline- Jordy shows all kinds of jumps to do on a trampoline, and lots of jumps you can practice if you don't have a trampoline to bounce on. Spring Circuit- Renae and Chaise show us exercises to make our springing muscles extra strong. Cool Down activity- Get out in the sunshine, or (if it's raining) get out your pencils and enjoy some colouring in. KEEP SMILING :) See more
