However, we do have a storm season and it is fast approaching us - so you need to consider if your roof and guttering is ready for it. The most common issue is leaky roofs and guttering, so don't leave it to late to check or get them checked by a professional. The other thing to look out for is trees. Trees can cause all kind of havoc in storm season, so if you have them close to the house check them and if necessary get them reduced. 06.01.2022 This was an interesting job we recently did. The home is heritage listed so we had to re-roof with galvanised short sheets and using replica lead head nail caps.
